When you excercise your body can use up some of those un-needed calories from that chocalate bunny you had on easter. This allows the body to focus on the good stuff, like keeping your lungs and other muscules working.
Staying fit makes you feel better too! If you are stressed take a slow jog around your neighborhood to get rid of the stuff pulling you down. You can run really fast if you are exhausted because you will be to tired to think about what made ypu mad in the first.
These things are what makes staying fit important. Simply it will keep the mind and body in check for whatever comes at it. Stay fit , stay happy!
