Why I Miss My Childhood

I miss my childhood so much.  Yes, I am still technically a kid but I miss nap time a the younger kid stuff like that.  Also I would not mind the not going to school part.  I never had a lot of homework when I was little.
I miss being able to sit at home and watch cartoons.  I used to play with my toys and watch Sesame Street too.  This was so much fun and I remember it very well.  Sesame Street was my absolute favorite show as a kid and I would love to go back to the simpler days.  Not having to worry about all the now stressful things in life!
Also being a young kid I would be absolutely oblivious to the worlds issues today.  I would not know about the bad economy that I am no help in fixing at this age.  This worries me so much now that I understand it.  Back then I would hear the news and it would sound like a different language so, I just moved on with out a second thought about it.
Another thing I miss about being a kid is the little, fun crafts I did.  I was a very creative child and would use whatever I could find to make pictures.  At one time I remember using stamps as the flower blooms!  I also loved drawing with crayons.  I remember the best ones I ever had were heart shaped!  They occupied my old simple life, which I miss so dearly now.  For the next six weeks I would like to learn how to make my own shaped crayons so I can be a little kid for a day.  Plus it will allow me to learn something I have wanted to try for a long time, shaped crayons look cool too.
The exact kind I had as a kid!
Also, I want to defiantly learn how to paint again!  Not like pictures but little clay sculptures.  I remember trying this as a kid not being very good because I was little, but for the next six weeks I will learn how to paint them better and have fun with it.
In conclusion I loved being a little kid doing fun crafts and I will always remember those old days!
