The Final Reflection

This is my final reflection.  It has been a long six weeks of trials and some errors.  I would like to review this and explain what I have learned and the experiences I have made with this project.
First, I would like to say that doing this project was very fun to do.  I defiantly have improved from when I started.  I had made little mess ups in the beginning, but now I have improved on my technique.  Second, I think I did really well on this project!
In conclusion, this has been quite the learning experience.  I have got to combine school work and my creative mind to make a wonderful six weeks.  I really enjoyed this project and I hope everyone else did too.  I really think I have improved since I started.  I hope I will be able to have another opportunity to do something like this in the future!

Learning Journal #5

Summary

This week I decided to paint a sculpture of a dog.  I chose many colors this time too.  I wanted to see if wiping the brush off  with soapy water rather than normal would make a difference.  The reason I did this was because the colors sometimes would mix and make strange dark marks in bright colors.  I also made myself slow down and take my time on this one, so it would not be a repeat of the fox one!  Lastly I made sure everything was dry before I did a second coat of paint.

Reflection

This time turned out so much better than the last time.  It looked so pretty.  All the mistakes I had made were easily fixed.  I painted it just like the dog I want when I am older, a husky.  Which gave it much more appeal because I had in my mind a good picture of one.  I think my last sculpture was really awesome, considering I still am just an armature.  I think this time was a very wonderful experience!  I believe I have scored big with this one, my family has decided to put it on the craft shelf.  In conclusion this was a good painting!

Learning Journal #4

Summary

This time I painted a fox!  I chose this because of the song What Does The Fox Say.  I decided to do reds, oranges, and tans to paint it.  First I mixed a red and a tan to get kind of a maroon effect.  I painted the main fur this color.  Next I painted the feet and belly orange.  Then for details I did black, like for the eyes and fur marks. Lastly I put on what I thought was a clear shine coat.  It came in a pack of paint and it was labeled finishing coat, so I thought I would use it.

Reflection

This time did not turn out to well!  When I did black in the fur I did to many lines, so it looked like tiger fur.  Then with the coat I thought was clear turned out to be a light white, that messed everything up.  This was the worst one I have done so I just through it away!  It was really the ugliest thing I have ever seen so I will not ever use that new process again.  People have mistakes and I just had one but I am going to learn from it and move on!  I can't wait for my last opportunity, it is coming soon.  I will say one thing I better do better on this one!

Six Year High School?

What would you if high school was six years.  My life would be kind of  bad because I would have to be a lot older than I would when I graduated.  I would not go for this at all!  I would rather go to collage because I would have more freedom.  I would not have to deal with the constant you have to go to this class right now!  I could make my own life plan for the schedule.  I would not have the requirements for history classes.  I could take classes that would give me credits for a teaching degree.  With six years of high school I would have to wait and some of the job opportunities would be gone!
These are some peoples comments about this and how I agree and disagree with them.
First, Amanda Ripley quoted, " It's not about how long school lasts. It's about how challenging and relevant school is on a daily basis."  I agree completely on this statement.  One reason is because it is a true thing if kids were challenged they would have to work harder, so there would be no need for six years of high school!  I mean if you push yourself you have more chances to succeed, and to learn from mistakes rather than rushing through easy stuff making unwanted, silly mistakes.  Challenges are defiantly better than time, there is no denying it!
"At 16, not 18, our young adults need to study with highly trained professionals in settings free from the restrictive and infantilizing culture of our high schools.", says Leon Botstein.  I agree with this man so much!  If we start younger we have a mind that is still open to learn how to study.  While if we are older we only want to sleep and get through the homework fast.  This man is just as knowledgeable as the woman in the paragraph before.  It is clear to me and them that six years of high school is ridiculous!
" Students are eager to move past high school. The focus should be on informing them about their options for the next step.", says Jeffrey Jensen Arnett.  At this stage in life we do not want to wait around anymore.  We want to go out and experience the real world and find our passion!  This is what I say to six years of high school and this man agrees.  He has the same view I have, get the information and move on with it.  After all these great words from people and my view, you can conclude that there should not be six years of high school!

Learning Journal #3

Summary

I have chosen to paint a parrot to see how I do on a little more surface area.  There were also some feathers that gave some details I had to work with.  I chose very bright fun colors of paint for this one.  The examples are orange, green, blue, yellow, and purple.  I thought that the colors looked like a true parrot or macaw.  Next I made sure I got the best brushes out of my supplies to create a masterpiece.  Then finally I painted away!  After that I tried to analyze the problems and fix them with a detail brush.  Then I took it to my parents to get their opinions on it.

Reflection

This was defiantly my best one yet!  I have learned that the darker the color the better it looks when it dries.  I am seeing improvements on the little mistakes I was making earlier.  I think the bigger areas are both easy and challenging at the same time.  I could not figure out how much paint to use, so I kept having to guess.  I have one lesson for myself, it take a lot of paint!  My parrot is also my families favorite!  I hope to get better on my next two too.  I love this sculpture painting!

Learning Journal #2

Summary

This time I decided to paint a dog model.  I choose the colors light orange, tan, pink, black, gold, and green.  First I painted the main fur orange.  Then I painted the belly tan with some black shadows.  The colors for the collar were green and gold, which was fun together.  The paws were painted black and so was the hair on top of its head.  Then I painted the eyes blue and let it dry over night.  The next day I did a second layer of paint.  Though this time I used a detail brush at the end to try to fix mistakes.

Reflection

My thoughts on how it went were very good.  I was very happy that all the colors came together well.  Second, I think that I have improved since the fish one but I still need some work.  I think that I need to spend more time on the smaller details to make it look better.  I am enjoying this so much because it allows me to get a creative vibe into my life.  I love to paint sculptures but I want to get a lot better at it.  Also, compared to the fish I have done pretty well.  I can not wait to see how I do on my next sculpture.  I think this is going good for now.

Thanksgiving Traditions

My family has many traditions.  Especially around the holidays!  We celebrate holidays with lots of fun family time.  Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for family and the simple things in life.
The first tradition my family has is to bake pies together.  I pour in some of the ingredients, as well as my brother.  My dad make his famous homemade crusts and my mom puts them in the oven to bake.  We make tons of other food too.  We make turkey, potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, and punch!
The punch has lots of yummy ingredients that put it all together.  The first is pineapple juice.  Then we pour in some red Hawaiian punch.  The last thing to put in is Sprite.  Though you could just put in lemon juice but we like the carbonation.
Our second tradition is to watch old movies, and laugh our heads off!  One of our true favorites is Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.  One it is just a fun family one, and two it is not boring.  There are other movies we watch but I can not remember the names of all of them.
The third tradition we have is having a game night.  We play games like Uno and Outburst.  Some games we play that I also enjoy are Cadoo, checkers, and chess.  We play games to let us get out of the Internet world for at least an hour or two.
The other tradition is kind of ridiculous.  I always get to pick out little designed paper plates and napkins.  I also get the matching paper cups too.  Though this is not a magnificent tradition we do it every year so I had to put it down.
The final tradition is eating a ton of food!  By the end of the night we all have had at least three servings.  This is crazy but when we just walk by the pan or something we grab a piece and devour it.
In conclusion, Thanksgiving is full of traditions at my house hold.  I would never have it any other way either.  My family continues to keep the up beat holiday spirit by putting up the Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving,  which I guess is sort of another tradition.  If your family has any traditions take this day to lean back and enjoy it.  Be grateful for the little things in life, and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Learning Journal #1

                                                                            Summary

This six weeks I will be learning how to paint plaster sculptures.  I went to the store this weekend and bought six of them and some paint and brushes.  Then I went and watched a few Youtube videos with some tips on how to paint them.  I found a couple good ones, but nothing to helpful.
Though I did look at my grandma's paint sculptures so I had a better idea.  I noticed that she was able to overlap some of the colors to make a Thanksgiving turkey look really nice.  She also paint a rabbit very lightly to look like the brush strokes were hair.
Then, I picked out the fish model to paint.  I picked the colors I thought looked good together.  Then I started to paint, it took about one to two hour to get it the way I thought it would work good.  Next I let it dry over night.  The next morning I did a second coat and let that dry!  Then finally I painted on the small details.  Once it was dry I made observations on what I could do better.

                                                                               Reflection

My reflection of how it turned out is pretty good. I have a few reasons to describe why, so just keep on reading!
First of all, I painted them as well as I could at this point.  Which I believe is the most important thing for now.  Second, the reason I think it was just okay is because, I kept having little stray marks everywhere, which I dislike so much!  Though over all I think that this was very fun and I will love continuing learning how to do this.  My opinion on why I have done these things is I liked being open minded which is why I made mistakes.  I need to focus more to get better and better!  Now I think I have found a pass time thing.

These are a few photos I took of my supplies I bought and the fish I painted! :)

Santa Letter

           Dear Santa,

This year I really want an IPhone 5s!  I think that at twelve I should be able to have a phone.  Plus it is the best gift I could ever get.  Though I would really love to get tickets to a Black Veil Bride concert it would be totally awesome!
My first reason I would want tickets would be because I am obsessed with the band, and would most likely be the loudest one at the concert!  Plus I would do my parents work for three months if I got them!  Also I would never make fun of the Santa Claus song anymore.
For the phone I have lots of different reasons why you should get me it.  First of all I have never had a phone but I think I am responsible enough.  By twelve, I understand that my parents pay the bill so don't talk or text to much!  Also, if I got a phone I would be able to get in touch with my parents if I need to, and you could call me to help with your reindeer!
In conclusion I have been pretty good this year so I deserve a little spoiling!  I would be even better if I had these things.  One reason is I would be to grateful not to be good!  Hope you will come through for me this year, I really want to know you listened.

P.S.  You are a super jolly soul!
Sincerely,

Kenzie Foust

Why I Miss My Childhood

I miss my childhood so much.  Yes, I am still technically a kid but I miss nap time a the younger kid stuff like that.  Also I would not mind the not going to school part.  I never had a lot of homework when I was little.
I miss being able to sit at home and watch cartoons.  I used to play with my toys and watch Sesame Street too.  This was so much fun and I remember it very well.  Sesame Street was my absolute favorite show as a kid and I would love to go back to the simpler days.  Not having to worry about all the now stressful things in life!
Also being a young kid I would be absolutely oblivious to the worlds issues today.  I would not know about the bad economy that I am no help in fixing at this age.  This worries me so much now that I understand it.  Back then I would hear the news and it would sound like a different language so, I just moved on with out a second thought about it.
Another thing I miss about being a kid is the little, fun crafts I did.  I was a very creative child and would use whatever I could find to make pictures.  At one time I remember using stamps as the flower blooms!  I also loved drawing with crayons.  I remember the best ones I ever had were heart shaped!  They occupied my old simple life, which I miss so dearly now.  For the next six weeks I would like to learn how to make my own shaped crayons so I can be a little kid for a day.  Plus it will allow me to learn something I have wanted to try for a long time, shaped crayons look cool too.
The exact kind I had as a kid!
Also, I want to defiantly learn how to paint again!  Not like pictures but little clay sculptures.  I remember trying this as a kid not being very good because I was little, but for the next six weeks I will learn how to paint them better and have fun with it.
In conclusion I loved being a little kid doing fun crafts and I will always remember those old days!

When People Don't Understand The Bands I Like And Judge Me For It

I hate it when people don't get the bands I like!  I mean if you are going to ask why I like the band look them up and figure it out.  Do you have a band you love but people just don't get it?  My friends do not understand mine and every time I try to explain they still don't get it.
One example is with the band I like, Black Veil Brides.  While I am listening to it before school they always ask what are you listening to.  I answer it then they say who is that, or why are you listening to that.  This just irks me so much, I explain, but then they reply, why don't you listen to Justin Bieber.  My reply is, it is just unicorn throw-up!  I love my music and no one can change that.  Though I don't care for others peoples music I still respect their opinion.  Why do they have to just automatically think my music is horrible, and truth is not half of them has heard any of my music! In other words don't judge it!
The other example is when people leave a hate comment about them when I post a picture of them on instagram.  I mean like why would you post it?  For all you know it could be a rumor not the truth!  I hate that because it just makes people more confused about Black Veil Brides!  Yes, Black Veil Brides is different, but that does not mean you don't have to know who they are.
There are probably many ways to keep this from annoying me much longer.  I think one major way for me to get over it is by not listing to those people and just caring about my happiness.  I just is sad that while I enjoy something that I feel like doing people decide that I am a bad person for it!  I am just listening to a different music, gosh!
In conclusion it bothers me so much and I can't stand it.  If you have any things that annoy you completely you should occasionally vent about it so you do not go totally insane!  I know this helps, so when someone does this I do not feel like I am stepping on the worlds worst Lego mountain.  Which is pretty bad!  I think everyone should be able to listen to what they want to and not be judged for it, and I am sure the rest of the Black Veil Bride army would agree!  This is what annoys me most and it will never fade into the darkness like I want it to!

The Deadly Third Floor

Chapter One

It all started one dark stormy night in early June.  The young girl was in her room on the third floor playing as usual when she heard a strange sound!  She began to wonder what it was, so she went to her window and opened it.  It made such a loud screeching noise it sounded like a woman's scream!  When Emily looked out the door and saw nothing out of the usual, birds chirping, flowers blooming, and other children playing.
Then she heard her mom, Macy calling her for dinner.  As she always did she immediately went down stairs to the dining room, forgetting that she left the window open!  She mentioned to her mom that she thought she heard something weird.  Her mom said "You probably just heard the neighbors dog or something".  Emily thought that her mom was probably right and went on to enjoy her delicious dinner.
When she returned to her room it was getting late so she decided to get ready for bed.   Emily fell asleep really fast because of all the fun she had that day.

Chapter Two

When Emily woke up the next morning she saw that all of her doll were thrown on the ground instead of being nicely a lined on her shelf!  Emily screamed, but when her mom came up to her room she said, " I think you just played with them and forgot to put them up".  Emily thought about it, and thought it was very possible but she could not remember playing with them!
Then she realized she had forgotten to close the window the night before!  Thoughts started to run through her mind like a horse at a race!  Was it a stray cat that got in or could it have been a bird.  She thought about it for about one hour before she realized if she just closes the window everything will be okay. Though what she does not know is that, the thing that did this can and will get in again!

 Chapter Three

A little bit later they heard a knock at the door but when they walked towards it, it opened by itself!  They heard a voice say I am here and I am never leaving until I am done!  They all the lights shut off completely.  The faucet started to drip water but there was no sound only dead silence!  They ran into a corner and held onto each other really tight, but it was no use.  Emily's mom started to levitate and the voice of the demon was heard once again.  It called out," You will never escape and your mom is the first to go"!
Then her mom was thrown across the room, and after one wail was being dragged out of the house by her neck!  Emily screamed and ran to her neighbors for help but that was impossible they were all lying still with cold, pale faces.  The demon had got them too!

     Chapter Four

Emily ran home crying not knowing where to go or what to do!  She tried to sit down and relax but it was no use, she could not relax even the slightest.  She wanted her mom back and she wanted her life too,  all this was caused because she left her window open!  She was trying to think of ways to remain safe that night but nothing would work!  That night right before she went to bed she heard footsteps in her house!  they stopped after about five minutes, then dead silence nothing but pure dead silence!  Then at two in the morning she heard the footsteps again, but this time she right where they were, right next to her bed!
Then her covers were ripped off of her in a swift but sly yank.  She had no escape this would be the end she kept saying to herself, never again will I smell the fresh air or flowers I will die here.

     Chapter Five

The demon grabbed her and spun her around ferociously!  Emily screamed in distress, but it was only making matters worse.  The demon now made her into a vodoo doll and threw everything possible at her.  Before Emily had time to fight she was gone, a lost angel!  The demon destroyed the rest of the house and ate it all!  This was a sad day because Emily had invited a friend over.  When Milly got there she was alone, scared, and crying!  She felt the house shake, then it was lifted into the sky by the unforgiving demon.                 It did the same to her as Emily, now she was gone too!  This gave the demon super force to destroy the whole town and was now going to do it to everyone in world.  This all happened because someone left the window open!

Summary

Why do we use different words for different things?  To some this may be a mystery, while others may know a lot on the topic.  There are so many words for some things, you might not be able to say all of them.
One example would be soda.  It depends on where you live but, it has multiple words for it!  Probably the most common is pop.  Though there is multiple others such as, fizzies or tonic!  Soft drink and Carbonated beverage are two more wonderful examples.  What do you refer to them as?  Do any of these even sound close to what you use?  Once again you will never be able to understand them all but, you can always learn something new.
The true reason of why this is normal is relatively simple.  It is simply because of the differences!   Like what was used as a child.  No one that is not your brother or sister knows the words you describe things as.  Even parents might use different things!  It also has to deal with different culture.  Cultures are all different, so why wouldn't the words be?   This is a truly interesting topic that you should defiantly look into.
In conclusion, all words have different words for them.  One major reason is that some people can not pronounce one way of saying it.  Just think if soda has so many try to look up other words for other things.  You may be surprised at what you find, there is a world of words to use so try some new ways!

Narrative

To start off, my view on the subject of the world having different words for things is that it is very interesting.  I know that we all view things differently, so in this case using a describing word for something is fine.
I went a little further into the topic by asking all my family members what they called soda.  My family that lives in Ohio mostly replied, pop!  I thought it was weird, because I am so used to just saying soda. I loved reading this article because it opened my eyes up to different words.  I think it is a very interesting, and I wish I would have been exposed to it sooner.
If I do some more thinking I could probably come up with a new word for every food!  Since I know that most are describing I believe everyone could do this!  I decided to write down words for pizza, I came up with Italian Rounds and filled circles!
In conclusion this is a very interesting topic.  I loved learning about it and sharing the information with you.  I recommend this topic to anyone with an open, creative mind.  I assure you you will become addicted like I did!  I now have a whole paper of different word ideas for random things.  I came up with some new words for calculator too.  They ones I came up with are, digit counter and number maker.  This was a great choice and I would love to learn more about it.

Busy

  •  My first reason is that , I took all horizons so I am held to a higher standard.
  • Second, I have had to learn how to play tennis.  With me being a total newbie, I have to practice every night so I can keep everything good between my coach and I!
  • Third, I have to memorize lots of songs in choir which can be difficult with my loud, annoying class!  Also I had to learn how to read music, which I am okay with, but it can also be tricky.
  • Fourth, I have lots of homework every night!  I always end up at like nine or ten remembering some daily work I had to finish!
  • Fifth, I only have four minutes to get to each class.  Which is fine but, I am so small compared to everyone else, so I am trampled every day!
  • Sixth, I have to read a lot!  By the end of school I have to have read twenty-six books.  I like reading but it take up some time on top of all the homework.
  • Seventh, my family usually eats around five, so sometimes I have to work through dinner and just heat it up!  I have done this about seven times since school started and it gets annoying!
  • Eighth reason is, I am constantly needing something for some project!  Most the time I have it but when I don't, I am searching every store in town!  Which burns up my time too.
  • Ninth, it is hard to sleep!  Since I do a lot of work and still need to take a shower, I usually get in bed around ten-thirty.  This doesn't seem that late to others but I used to go to bed at eight-thirty.
  • Finally I have two animals to care for too!  I got a rabbit recently and I am still trying to figure out what it likes!  Then I have a dog who is old so needs extra attention!  I have to care for them as well as me so that is why I am so busy!
In conclusion I just have a lot on my hands, and it has to be done so, I guess I will have to wait for Christmas for a long break.

The Most Horrific Summer Day

Have you ever had a super bad day?  Well I know I have!  Nothing would go right that day and I was just sick of it!  This also carried out for about a week because of the thing that happened.

It all started on a very bright summer day.  My family was on vacation at the time, in Arizona.  We were about to head to the Grand Canyon.  My dad said we wouldn't be there long, so being a dumb child I did not put sunscreen on!  Why did I do this, I have no idea I knew it was very hot and sunny!
We walked lots of trails and before we knew it three hours had past.   We decided to pack up and go to our hotel and relax.  Around the time I wanted to go to bed i felt a stinging on my upper back region!  I went to look in the mirror and my back was redder than a tomato!  I had a super bad sunburn, probably the worst I had every had.                                When i told my parents i had a sunburn they thought is was just a little one, until they saw it.  They did not know what to do to help me because we did not have any aloe with us.  They just put some lotion on it and told me to get some rest and it would feel better the next day. So I  did and got a wonderful rest.                                                                                                                                The next morning I woke up and it hurt worse!  The pain hurt like my back was on fire!  I complained and complained until my parents went to buy me some medicine.  They came back with some solar-caine spray and some weird kind of lotion.  At first the spray felt like little pin pricking me until it kicked in.  Then it gave me a temporary soothing feeling.  After about two hours it wore off and i put the lotion on.  It worked a lot better so i continued to use it throughout the day.
Luckily I healed from it.  The way I did was by using the lotion the rest of vacation.  Then when i got home i used the aloe we had which felt really good on it.  It felt like an ice bath in Alaska.  By the way that's pretty cold!  I am happy it got better, but I still have darker skin there than the rest of me!  I still think it is so weird that it healed that way.
The next few line will be how I have learned to not get a sunburn!  First is to always wear sunscreen, even if your just playing in your backyard.  Also don't forget to reapply! This will make your chance of getting a sunburn even less!  Second, wear a hat and sunglasses.  I know you have herd it a million times but, do you want to have a lobster face!  I use these two ideas to stay as sunburn free as possible.
In conclusion, this was a few ruff days that turned out okay.  On the bright side I did not get skin cancer!  That was probably the worst experience in my life!  It is the most painful one I had ever had.  Though I just remember that there our other kids going through worse things so I should be thankful it was only a sunburn.  My parents and I have learned one thing, always wear sunscreen!  This was the worst mistake we could have ever made.  I don't think we were awake enough to realize to put on sunscreen anyway!

How to Care For a Rabbit

There are many steps for taking care of a rabbit.  If you are not sure you came to the right place.  I have a rabbit of my own so I have had plenty of experience.  I can help you make sure your rabbit stays happy and healthy.  To learn how just keep on reading!

  1. The first step is to have a good sized cage.  This allows the rabbit to run, jump, and play happily. Also you don't want them to not get exercise, because this makes them very uncooperative.  Although make sure they don't over exhaust themselves, this could make it harder for them to breathe and result in death.  2. The second step is to buy the right food.  Make sure you get them a good brand. The brand that has worked best for me is Just the ones you can find at Wal-mart.  Remember sometimes high quality things don't work as well!  Don't go out and buy some super expensive food it all works the same. Don't give them to much either, about a dixie cup a day will do.
    3.  Third, they need plenty of water!  Make sure they have at least a full bottle for their cage during the winter.  Though in the summer they need more, so get them a couple bottles filled up!  One precautionary thing is don't just put a dish of water, they could get it in their nose. My suggestion is a roller bottle bottle, those work perfect.
    4.  Make sure they have lots of toys!  These provide fun play time as well as something to shave their long teeth down.  Such as stuffed logs, they are made of a crunchy outer coating and filled with alfalfa and seeds.  Personally my rabbit likes the outer more so you could just get the unstuffed logs.  Another thing is they can play when your not there to play with them, which is great.
5. Get them a smaller house to sleep in too.  This is going to be their secure place when they are tired or scared!  Make sure to put some pine shavings in it for warmth.  This also allows them to do their natural instinct burrow.
 6. Sixth, you need to groom them properly.  One of the easiest ways is to have them laying in a place you can get to them easy.  Then lightly run your fingers through the hair getting all lose hair off.  You should do this weekly or daily during the end of winter when they are losing their thick coat. They can choke on the loose hair so that is why you should do this.

 7. For seven while you have the toys from step four, they still need some kind of treat to mix in with their food.  This will make eating a little more exciting.  I use a mix that has seeds and dried berries together. Simply throw a little in with their food and they love it! This will make eating a little more exciting.  I use a mix that has seeds and dried berries together. Just like any other animal they go to the restroom.  When you start to notice a stench, you need to dump out all of the ole shavings and put new in.  Make sure to do this weekly! Your rabbit will thank you for it. This is super important!  9. Give your rabbit lots of love.  This can either be simply petting them or hugging them. Just make sure they know you love them and care about them. This will make your bond strong and let the rabbit has trust in you. 10.   Keep the temperature good for them.  During the winter buy a heat light to keep them warm. In the summer go out and with a tiny bit of water stroke their hair to keep them cool. Now those steps are going to make a happy rabbit.

What is Amazing?

There are many amazing things in this world.  Although have you ever sat down to think about it?  Everything from the clothes we wear to the food we eat!  One extremely amazing thing that I know of is simply the human body and its functions.  Our bodies do so much and we never really step back to appreciate it.  Think about it could you imagine having to remind yourself to breathe!
Our bodies power everything we do so we should care of them. They run how much blood we pump through us and how fast we need to breathe.  It is hard to believe but as you sit here reading this your body is helping you stay alive!
I think it is super amazing that are bodies just know when to work are muscles.  Like when we need to run in sports you don't have to think to move your legs like in the old Christmas movie.  Our body just does it for us! That is only the beginning though there are far more examples to write about.
My third example is that everyone is different in there own ways.  We all have different facials features such as different color eyes.  No one in the entire world looks exactly like you, even if they are relatively close they are still not the same.  Just think about it, compare yourself to a friend, they probably don't have a mouth shaped like yours or the same hair style.
The body is a truly amazing thing.  So next time you are bored think about all the things your body does for you.  Does it help you stay healthy?  Of course it does!  It holds in all then food you eat and helps get the nutrients from it with out you thinking of it.  With out are helpful bodies we would not be here!  In conclusion keep your body up and running so it can do all these amazing things.
KEEP CALM AND HUMANS ARE AMAZING:)
